Requesting service
An application is a request for a quote. It does not guarantee coverage, reserve a visit, or create a confirmed service booking. Midlanders reviews your address, requested work, and route availability before confirming service.
Quotes and scope
Your quote states the work, total price, and any validity period. Confirm the scope and schedule with Midlanders before paying. Only the services expressly included in the accepted quote are included. Additional work requires a separate agreement.
Payment
When online checkout is available, you may enter the amount Midlanders confirmed by text or another direct communication and pay through Shopify’s secure checkout, or use a payment link sent for your specific invoice. While online checkout is being connected, call 872-208-8820 to arrange payment. Check your amount and service address before paying. A verified payment confirms the amount received; it does not by itself establish that your full account balance is paid, change the agreed scope, or establish a service date. Save your payment receipt and confirm scheduling with Midlanders. This website does not enroll you in automatic recurring charges.
Weather, access, and property conditions
Weather, site conditions, and route availability may affect service timing. Tell us about gates, access restrictions, pets, obstacles, and conditions that could affect the work. Any changes to scope or timing should be agreed directly with Midlanders.
Cancellations, refunds, and questions
Contact Midlanders at 872-208-8820 or using the contact details on your quote to discuss a cancellation, service concern, payment error, or refund. Applicable cancellation and refund terms must be confirmed with your service agreement before payment; no fixed cancellation fee is established by this website.
