When you request service or make a payment, we collect your name, phone number, optional email, property address, service preferences where relevant, and any notes or payment reference you choose to share. Please do not enter card information or other sensitive information in the application.
How your information is used
Midlanders uses your information to review your property, prepare a quote, contact you about your request, and manage the related service and payment. Application consent is for service-related contact, not unrelated marketing.
Payments and providers
Payments are processed on Square’s hosted checkout. This website does not collect or store your card number. We retain request and payment references, amounts, and status to manage your service. Cloudflare hosts the website and application data and provides security services. Where enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile helps prevent automated abuse.
Cookies and security
The company dashboard uses an essential sign-in cookie. Customer request and payment pages use private links; keep your link secure because it allows access to the associated details. Browser session storage keeps a private payment recovery token, amount, and a fingerprint of submitted details so an interrupted payment can be retried consistently. It does not store your card details or contact information there. We do not use advertising cookies. Cloudflare processes technical request and performance data to host, secure, and operate this website.
Retention and your choices
Records are retained as needed to respond to inquiries, deliver services, handle payment questions, and meet applicable recordkeeping requirements. You may ask to access, correct, or delete your information using the contact channel on your quote or by submitting a request here. Some transaction records may need to be retained.
